After a number of years using third party companies to make our outbound phone calls for Aftersales, we have decided to set up a small contact centre at Millbay to cover these calls for the whole group.
On average just over 500 customers use our workshops every week. We need to contact customers to let them know when their services and mot’s are due and to book them in. We contact them two days before their visit to confirm the booking and again, two days afterwards to check everything went ok.
This means we need to be making contact with over 1,300 customers every week by telephone—Quite a task. We are currently recruiting a full time Contact Centre Supervisor and 3 part time Contact Centre Advisors. If you know of anybody that may fit this role then give Keri a shout.
