In order to comply with the current Covid-19 guidance and to keep all of our customers and colleagues safe, we have made some changes to our working practices.

We are still available to help you across our business for both Sales and Servicing with the following changes implemented.

We are open 

To adhere fully with the Government guidelines, our showrooms are slightly different to allow for safe social distancing. 

We can still facilitate an excellent car buying experiencing just with some added measures for our customers and colleagues safety.

If you would like to purchase a car remotely and only visit us to collect it, we are able to offer a full digital experience to avoid extra trips to visit us.

Servicing

Our Aftersales departments are fully open in line with the Government guidelines as they are classed as ‘essential services’.

This means that we are able to still carry out any routine servicing, repairs or MOT’s but with our now imbedded enhanced safety procedures.

Our enhanced safety measures include social distancing, sanitisation of your vehicle and key, covering of regularly handled parts of the interior and increased cleaning of our facility.

We request that you observe social distancing practices and wear a mask during your visit to our Aftersales department.

Collecting your new car

If you wish to take advantage of our safe click-and-collect handover option, we request that you observe social distancing practices and wear a mask during the collection.

We have designated areas outside of our buildings to ensure that both you and our colleagues are safe whilst you collect your new car.

If you or a family member are feeling unwell with symptoms linked to Covid, we request that you don’t visit us and phone us instead. We’ll be more than happy to try and help in any way that we’re able to.
