No pressure sales person. Just given a deal to think about over night. Pressure sales person are a right put off for me. This is how it should be, given a deal and think about at home, not in the sales office. First class sales person dealt with me and would definitely recommend to a friend."

The experience was as advertised, you book in, you arrive - you're asked if you need a lift to anywhere or if you would like to stay and have tea/coffee. You receive a call/email to tell you immediately of any concerns found with the car and make the arrangements immediately to have the work done. You arrive back to collect the car and they have even washed it - I call that excellent service and great organisation.

Extremely impressed that there was someone with a bookings list outside waiting for us to arrive and directing us immediately to a parking space and then asked us to go to Reception and directed us to it. There is nothing worse than not knowing where to go or the garage act like they're surprised you're there, the experience at Volkswagen is excellent which is why we chose a VW car

I put the car in for a service and the things I suspected might need attention were identified so I believe the service I received was of the highest quality

We only came in with a problem regarding the coolant, we were given a lift into town whilst the problem was being looked at and as our first service was due in 500 miles they did the service there and then. Excellent customer service

It did have a problem with the turbo soon after we purchased the car, but it was repaired under the warranty

Getting an email with things that needed sorting and prices and being able to sort online was ideal when I'm at work. Much more convenient than a phone call and much quicker
