I was extremely impressed with the service I received at Murray Skoda Plymouth. Tony Russell assisted me with my purchase, and he was a credit to the dealership from start to finish. It is very unlike me to buy a product without testing it before, so buying a car in lockdown seemed a bit insane! However, Tony clearly explained the procedure so there was no confusion or doubt. He was also kindly willing to speak with my father about a few things, he was not remotely pushy, but he was clearly very experienced and really knew his job. My husband and I had recently had two horrendous car buying experiences in 2020 and this time, with Murray Skoda, it was another world, I am happy to report! The car was in excellent condition and Tony took time to check I understood where everything was, and that the car was ready to go. There was no fuss with the part exchange of my Rapid either, and the settling of my previous finance was also all dealt with efficiently and professionally. Above all, since I bought the car by chance on ‘international women’s day’, I will also say that Murray Skoda, and Tony in particular, were extremely courteous to me as a woman; they were not at all patronising, they didn’t ‘mansplain’, there was no ‘wide-boy’ hard-sell and they were not at all ‘macho’ either. Thank you!!! I also felt the dealership was properly set up in terms of being Covid secure. I would certainly buy another vehicle there again.

From my initial enquiry Richard Greaves dealt with me efficiently and courteously, answering all my questions fully and promptly. Despite having to buy the car remotely, the video he sent enabled me to make an informed decision. Moreover, after taking delivery of the car, I subsequently discovered the centre rear headrest was missing. Richard sent me a replacement within a day. All-in-all the service was excellent, and I felt reassured throughout the entire process.
