• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the telephone
• Making bookings into the Workshop
• Ensuring customers are kept fully informed at all times, and passing on technical information
• A team player who responds well in a busy, dynamic environment
• Obtaining all necessary authorisation
• Liaising with the workshop and other internal departments
• Empathy and patience when dealing with customers of all backgrounds
• Eye for detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Motivated and flexible mindset – open to part time or full time hours
