Repair and maintenance plans

Cosmetic & Tyre repairs can be arranged directly through our Bodyshop in Brixton. You can bring your car in and ask to speak to Ellie Bloomfield in our body shop who will be able to take photographs and contact RAMP on your behalf. RAMP will confirm if the damage is covered by the policy.

Alloy Repairs can be arranged directly through Wheeltec Ltd, Unit 7B Strode Road, Plymouth PL7 4AY, 01752 875213

What's included?

Cosmetic Maintenance Included Treatments

  • Bodywork of Your vehicle, including wing mirrors and bumpers.

  • Smart repairs up to 30cm on a single panel.

  • Stone chip repairs up to 3mm in diameter and 1.5mm in depth.

  • All cosmetic Treatments are guaranteed for the lifetime of your ownership of the vehicle.

Cosmetic Maintenance Treatments Not Covered

  • Treatments that do not fall into the above criteria.

  • Treatments to the bonnet or boot (except for light scratches or scuffs).

  • Treatments to the roof.

  • Where the body panel is ripped, perforated, or torn or the bumper or wing mirror casings are cracked

  • Any repair that cannot be completed using standard smart repair techniques.

Tyre & Alloy Maintenance

  • Alloy wheel scuffs and scrapes.

  • Up to 10 repairs over the duration of the policy.

  • Up to £150 for a replacement alloy where a repair is not possible.

  • Unlimited tyre repairs over the duration of the policy. This can be done at any site in the Murray-Rodgers Group, Halfords, KwikFit, ATS and many other places nationally.

  • Up to 5 tyre replacements where a repair is not possible.
