Warranty Administrator
Location: Kia and Hyundai Plymouth

At Murray Group we are looking for a Warranty Administrator to support our busy Service Departments within our Kia and Hyundai Retailers. This is a specialist, accuracy-driven role, ideal for someone with motor trade experience who enjoys working with systems, processes, and detailed documentation.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed correctly and efficiently, supporting both our technicians and Aftersales Managers while protecting the dealership’s financial performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Processing manufacturer warranty claims in line with Kia and Hyundai standards
• Accurately inputting and validating data across manufacturer and internal systems
• Managing warranty parts – including retention, storage, tracking, and returns
• Preparing invoices, documentation, and audit-ready records
• Producing daily and periodic warranty reports for the Aftersales Managers
• Liaising closely with technicians, service advisors, and management to resolve queries
• Ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in warranty administration within the motor trade is desirable
• Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes
• Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and confidence using dealer management systems
• A methodical, organised approach with the ability to manage detailed, repetitive tasks
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with technical teams
• Reliability, consistency, and pride in getting things right first time
