Dave takes on a coastal challenge to aid the fight against cancer
Saturday 2nd July is set to be a big day for Skoda Aftersales Manager David Briscoe. He'll be lacing up his running shoes and hitting the Cornish coast path for the annual Man vs Coast race.
The race covers 25 miles from Marazion to Lands End and takes in some of the most breath taking scenery the county has to offer.
For Dave, however, the focus will be on pacing his way through the challenging terrain, which includes wild moorland, dizzyingly high cliffs, sandy beaches and even some short sections that may require a little swim!
Dave is a seasoned Ultra Runner and has recently relocated from the South East to Cornwall, so the race is a timely challenge.
He is running in aid of the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity in support of a close friend of his - so this really will be a labour of love.
